    Pros

By far the best thing about working for the City are my fellow employees. I know it sounds cliche but I have been working here for a couple months now and have not a person who wasn't enjoyable to be around. The work life balance is also great.

    Cons

Obviously working for government doesn't pay nearly as well as the private sector. Depending on your position, you can have a hard time living on your own in the city.

    Pros

Very relaxing work, great learning experience. Somewhat good pay, 10$ an hour for an college intern, not bad

Interview questions can get very tough and demanding, a lot of people leave after a few years to get to private sector

    Advice to Management

You need to attract and retain good talent. Maybe more group/leadership activities, and more pay
