    Pros

People are generally nice to.work with.

    Cons

No structure or order. Supervisors are inadequately trained. Most are egocentric and disrespectful. Nepotism is highly regarded and practiced. Those who are in charge love the chaotic atmosphere and thrive in causing most of the mayhem. Their training unit, let's just say many of the issues are started in the training unit.

I worked at City of New York

    Pros

Flexible hours for employee. Can working any time from midnight or evening

    Cons

The computers are old and when they failed to start you get docked for lateness.
1 second late counts as a lateness. I was on time for work for 1 whole year and for one unexcused absence ( which I had requested two weeks before and denied) my yearly raise was canceled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

in a place where you consistently get yelled by angry customers, the mangement should show a little bit more empathy

Some systems are too structural- but that's like anything in government. The office is really outdated, and can use a major facelift.
