ProsThe best health benifets you will find anywhere. Also, it is a family friendly environment. Not to mention some of the best people yu will ever meet.

ConsFor every 10 fine, wonderful people you meet there seems to be one person who probably shouldnt be there. And often that is a person who is in charge.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice to management is to try to quit cutting so many corners in order to save money and put more of a focus on the education you offering to these kids.
