    Pros

A lot of shifts available, so if you are in need of hours this is the place for you.

    Cons

Management are condescending and abusive, act like bullies. Not allowed to cover any of your shifts, even if its your brothers wedding, so employees are forced to call in sick. Not allowed to rest on offdeck hours otherwise you get yelled at, so you stand for 1 hour to and 1.5 hours, go offdeck, hose or clean up the deck, and if they catch you sitting or eating for 5 minutes they will ridicule you and yell at you for it. They have taken anything to sit on and hid it, they don't want their lifeguards resting their legs after standing for hours because they take pleasure in overworking employees.

    Advice to Management

Business 101 --> High Turnover = High Costs. The turnover this pool faces is ridiculous, maybe start treating employees here well and you

    Pros

Flexible hours. Great pay. Its rewarding teaching swimming lessons.

    Cons

Bureaucratic. Hours are based on seniority. So you could be a fantastic, knowledgable, and fit lifeguard and get no hours, and someone could be a lazy, unfit and unmotivated lifeguard getting all the hours.

    Advice to Management

Think of a more fair system to distribute hours.
