Pros – Dedicated workforce, great benefits, wonderful learning opportunities, working in a college town, positive interactions with students, alumni and parents, professional growth opportunities.

Cons – Although faculty is diverse and open-minded, many staff members are very religious and don't understand (or try to understand) non-Christians. Sometimes their religious beliefs are stated clearly on issues that should not be discussed in the workplace. This can create an uncomfortable envirnonment when it occurs.
