I have been working at Clarity Systems

    Pros

There is a tremendous amount of growth if you can and plenty of opportunity to show your worth to upper management.

    Cons

Company is growing faster than the company can handle and does not see the necessity to stabilize the innovative product lines

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in top performing resources and strengthen the niche departments that have been formed. Ensure that promotions do not leave gaps in the consulting core.

I have been working at Clarity Systems

    Pros

    - Autonomy in your work
    - Knowledgeable, friendly people to work with
    - Flexible Hours
    - Work from home option
    - Excellent Networking opportunities
    - High demand for product so the company is growing very fast

    Cons

    - Promote people just to fill positions not because they are necessarily the right people for the job and there is no support or training to help these people develop into the right people for the job
    - No good or bad feedback on performance and therefore no raises or guidelines set on how to improve to receive raises or promotions
    - People are constantly being fired for not doing a good job
    - Departments that are not directly involved in with product like admin/finance/HR etc. are under appreciated, under utilized and under rated as an important part of the business
    - Decision made by upper management don't always take into account the impact on it's employees, internal systems or what the laws are.
    - Heavy work load which makes for long hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to start looking at the impact your decisions make not just for your personal position perspective, but to the company as a whole. You are probably spending a lot of time and money replacing people.

    I worked at Clarity Systems

    Pros

Nothing on their internet is blocked
Pay was slightly higher than average
Gave you time off when you needed it

    Cons

I literally learned no skills while at the company and my work, whilei n a specific department, mostly consisted of administrative work, not allowing for a real impactful contribution for the company
