    Pros

Clean and nicely decorated. Residents are nice as are co-workers (other CNA's)

    Cons

RN's and office staff can be a little snooty and treat CNA's like they are uneducated

    Advice to Management

Treat CNA's with greater respect and don't talk down to them. A lot of CNA's are nursing students so they are definitely not stupid.
