    Pros- Clayton name is extremely well regarded and respected in the Community
    - Team environment
    - Great company values
    - Active and engaged ownership
    - Excellent company benefits: TeamShare and 401k Match
    - Gives back to the community

    Cons- Health insurance benefits are not in line with industry standards.
    - Compensation should be performance based and merit increases should be considered and implemented.

    ConsUpper Management does a Terrible Job of communicating to all Team Members
    Lots of Favoritism within the Bank
    Most Promotions based on Looks and Favorites of Jim Claytons!
    If you even hint at disagreeing with Jim Clayton, he will find a reason to fire you on the spot.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet to know your employees betters.
    Do a better job of promoting those who deserve it, rather than the good looking women.

    ConsClayton Bank is not into micro management so if you are not a self-starter this may be a con for you. For me this is positive.
