“It's been a good experience so far.”
I have been working at Clayton & McKervey P.C. full-time for less than a year
Pros – I actually like the people I work with everyday. Everyone is more than willing to help you and answer questions. I feel like some places just say that have an "open door" policy, but I feel like I really can discuss any issues or concerns with my supervisor. Work/life balance isn't bad.
Cons – It can be overwhelming sometimes.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to develop staff.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
