Cons – poor communication, benefits are minimal and do not reflect the values of firm and employees
Advice to Senior Management – need better communication systems and timing

“5 days as a trash man”
Former Employee – worked at CleanScapes
Pros – Uniforms provided, all saftey gear,
Saftey consious
Cons – No training, expected you to know everything before you started.
Seemed to me they mass hire and keep a few the rest only last a few days, or weeks.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide training,
