    Pros

    Empowerment, flexibility and pride of ownership.

    Cons

    Complete lack of career path management. Little to no communication. A European HQ that is disconnected from the rest of the regional business units.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate, care, be realistic.

    Pros

    Great benefits, wonderful people with a strong work ethic, leader in their space, top notch business acumen. US offices offer work from home possibilities.

    Cons

    Tech is at "bank speed" (i.e. 10 years old), proprietary, governed by a group with an almost religious arrogance against anything past 2004. Development is mostly outsourced. No training offered, no tech conferences, no documentation.

    A career killer for those wanting to stay in tech, but probably great for those wanting banking, management, or project management experience.

    Nothing other than better CTC

    Pathetic company to work with. Too much politics as compared to its size.
    Management full of incompetent people.

    Only pros is that inhand salary was good, but since its now aquired by another big company, that thing may change.

    Cons

    1. No Good IT Support
    2. No good work, only you need to work on the previous model. Too much time constraint.
    3. Work life balance is not good, they expect you to work late and in office on every holiday.
    4. Leaves cancelled easily.
    5. No good salary hikes, everyone is bad on appreciating good talent.

    Advice to Management

    C2PIndia, dont lie what you promise to employees. Do proper judgment, before taking decesion on. Rest, you have really bad arrangements in office.

    Pros

    Domain is good and initial training's for finance domain is provided but need to create a group of trainers to impart knowledge time to time.
    Work is critical and that gives added responsibility.
    Quality and policies are improving day by day.
    Flexible timings.

    Cons

    1. Appraisals are always delayed by 3-4 months and has become a trend now.
    2. A lot of politics is present at workplace.
    3. Poor infrastructure like
    Washrooms stink and many times there is no water.
    Cubicles are very close which leave little space to even reach your seat.
    No room available for a gathering (for training's) of 50 people hence most of the time cafeteria is booked.
    Very less car parking space.
    Only one tuck shop at the cafeteria which keeps very few items.

    4. Appreciations, appraisals and promotions are not on merit basis.
    5. Poor transport service and the quality of bus is not very good.It keeps changing every few weeks or so.
    6. Even if you are at a good designation you will be doing same work as the associate on lower designations.Roles are not given on the basis of designation.
    Also people with lower years of experience can be senior to you.
    7. At the time of joining, HR communicates associate will be send to onsite within 3 months but it is rarely the case.
    8. Policies needs improvement and needs to be for employee benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Organisation should maintain salary balance between the associations to avoid conflicts.
    All together organisation needs to improve overall and is making efforts but it should be on a faster speed.

    Pros

    Offers good CTC and designation even you have less experience while joining.

    Cons

    Even than you are too good in your work and do not involve in the politics but the other will not leave you. Wrong allegation will be put on you and the same will be accelerated at any level of the company. Few peoples pretend they are too good in front of you but totally opposite behind you. Designation is different but work is same till senior lead level. Even HR doesn't even bother or think on to offer designation based on experience. A 2 year experience person can get senior engineer designation and same for the other designations, industry standard is not maintaining by HR.

    Advice to Management

    Suggestion and request to upper management is that please don't believe blindly on any issue without listing the other part of the story. Industry standard should be strictly followed by the HR while recruitment.

    UK branch
    - Flexi-time: lending to superb work-life balance. Very few companies realistically offer this nowadays!
    - Possibility of working from home i.e. really working not pretending to. Not to be abused or it will be removed.
    - Possibility of travelling abroad depending on role and if employee is able/wants to travel.
    - Great local HR. Without local HR it would not be the same as local HR deflects issues.
    - Open culture.
    - Very busy but rewarding environment.
    - International relations with other branches.
    - Salaries comparable with other major cities.
    - Work hard and the rewards will just as equally rewarding.
    - Looking to innovate and standardise.

    Cons

    - No pension
    - Unable to invest in company shares

    Advice to Management

    Please allow staff to purchase shares.
