The group is very friendly. Personalities are easy-going. Office location is excellent in a terrific location in midtown. The industry is very interesting with a wide variety of projects, so the likelihood of becoming board is low. The distress industry is a fascinating one. It requires often quick response to a situation, which can make the deals the company chases very exciting; and some of the transactions can be size-able. It's also a very competitive industry, which requires some creativity in many situations to 'win' projects.

Cons

The very senior management is disorganized and lacks focus on what they really want to be.
