Clearwire Reviews
-
Pros
Technology, If you want to be at the cutting edge of telecommunications then clearwire and the wiMax technology is where you should be at.
Cons
Mergers are very difficult and the split between the two coasts, which was positioned as a non-factor is actually, in reality a factor.
Advice to Senior Management
Do a better job of realizing that the talent may not lie at the Director and VP level, skip level meetings would be advised; but risky for those skipped.
