Pros

Great Potential to be a very good company to work for,..good at building pride, excellent marketing materials, nice offices. They give you the ability to work with autonomy when you are in management It never seems to be done.

Cons

. They will give you enough rope to hang yourself...will use your ideas, make necessary changes based on your expertise and when they are done, you are terminated. At all levels of management.

If you are fortunate enough to work in the plant as a manager, your job will become your life. If you can fly under the radar, you are better off.

Advice to Senior Management

You would benefit from not turning over your HR Management team every year. There is benefit in a stable management team. There are so many things that are left undone when terminations are done and there is no transition to the new HR people. I saw many things fall thru the cracks and the wheel being recreated because of those decisions.

Enjoyed the challenge of working toward goals set forth by plant manager

Cons

Senior management is very weak and has very little working knowledge of how to run a juice manufacturing plant. Very political environment. Promotions based on relationships rather than performance.

Advice to Senior Management

Fire CFO and Corp Controller and bring in compitent in strong leadership with sound forward-thinking initiatives.
