Pros – – My immediate boss was really great at managing expectations and conveying feedback.

i see reviews complaining about top management but then lot of very positive changes in last 2 years as well. hard decisions but improved the environment a lot.
Cons – move from .net to open source was a big decision and lot of people left
team and talent has improved a lot but older employees feel they should be given chances as well.
too many things going on and .net migration still not complete. A team of 30 devs or so were building 4 products. very hard to keep focus

Cons – Too many changes in teams and lack of stability. lack of visibility and communication and the managing director drives all major and minor decisions. lack of respect for individuals.
Advice to Senior Management – should stick to the short term plan if not the long term one. should have visibility and remove personal biases in work place
