Good intentions, but poorly managed. Way too many cooks in the kitchen.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

Pros– My immediate boss was really great at managing expectations and conveying feedback.

Cons– Way too many cooks in the kitchen. Often I'd get input about my type of work from those who had zero connection to my department.
    – A lot of eagle-eyeing. You hired us to do our jobs, so trust us to do them.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt doesn't matter now since the company was acquired, but I wish they had trusted their employees more. Even pre-acquisition, Clickable bled a ton of outstanding talent because they didn't know how to effectively benefit from the top notch employees they had.

top management very good to star employees
i see reviews complaining about top management but then lot of very positive changes in last 2 years as well. hard decisions but improved the environment a lot.

Consmove from .net to open source was a big decision and lot of people left
