    I have been working at Client Network Services full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    A great company to work for with a strong leadership and solid pipeline of products / solutions catering to the healthcare domain. The people are simply superb showing excellent teamwork. There is a lot of room for personal growth as team size / composition is small. The company provides a three week time-off even for new hires and recognizes individual and team contributions through a variety of internal recognition programs. The best company to work for so far in my career of 16+ years.

    Cons

    Although the company has an average employee health insurance and 401K match options, they do offer a variety of employee specific programs that is quite helpful.

    None. They do a great job!

    Pros

    due to these networking we can trasfer infromation among eachother quite easily
    these networking services are a mean to communicate with others any where in the world

    Cons

    the downsides of working at client services is that it is a littel bit confusing sometime data lose may be occure due to high loading.no other downsides are much affected

    Pros

    Good place to work, friendly supportive people focused on work. Good benefits and great work space. Working in a good market with great growth potential. Strong senior leadership providing direction and guidance for the company. It’s a great work location.

    Cons

    Difficult commute from Northern Virginia on some days. We could stand another new large, high-speed color printer and some Sumatra coffee.

    Continue to build on past success, collaboratively with all CNSI projects across the company. Provide greater Business Development opportunities for all Project Manager and Technical Task leads.

    I have been working at Client Network Services

    Pros

    The company is very professional and they take good care of the employees. Even in this down economy, they are trying to adjust the business to keep the layoffs to a minimum. Corporate management has spread the effects across the entire company, including themselves. As a result, there have been a very small number of people laid off. When there have been reductions, the company has provided a better that expected package to assist the terminated employees. The founders and executives have personally been involved with the process and offered corporate assistance to the laid off employees.

    Policies are flexible and they are willing to work with the employees to come to a reasonable compromise.

    Cons

    Working at a Washington DC client. Commute is long, but bearable as the location is next to a commuter rail station. I wish the vacation policy was a bit more generous, but it's workable.

    Keep doing what you are doing. I like the friendly and collegial atmosphere.

    Pros

    good work-life balance, people are always ready to help each other, lots of chances to practice programming skills

    Cons

    The training system is still too general and not practice oriented, especially for technical staffs.

    Make the training program customizable based on the position and people's preference.

    I enjoyed working for one of the Vice Presidents very much. His communication skills were very effective. I liked all the employees and the company seemed to care about the staff.
