“Cost of living raise”
I have been working at Clift Buick GMC full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Friendly small town atmosphere, very tolerant of Employees personal needs.
Cons – Wage freeze. I realize this country is in bad shape but I haven't had even had a cost of living raise in over 5 years? Most of the employees haven't had any raise of any kind in over 10 years! So if you want to work here be Leary if they tell you anything about bonuses or annual pay increases, be Leary.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop spending all the money on new processes and half baked schemes and reinvest some of that money into your employees.
