Pros
Good benefits, friendly staff. People willing to help when needed. Flexible hours and good holiday's.
Cons
Shortage of staff which mean people are overworked at times. Salary not great taking this into consideration and probably slighly lower than average for job.

Nice people, and technology that should help to make a difference in the world, if it worked a bit better.

Incompetent senior management, clueless about strategy. If they hadn't had a huge head start in their field, they'd be out of business.

good benefits, flexible attitude towards holidays, full and ongoing training
Cons
bespoke and specialised systems mean there is little to be learned about the leading technologies in the market. Any experience gained is of the software development lifecycle rather than in-demand technical skills

Despite amazing growth in the last five years, ClinPhone has managed to retain the team spirited, fun and motivated ethos which has made it such a success and an excellent place to work.

Flexibility, you can work around lots of your own free time etc and good benefits such as a free gym and generally a good amount of holidays.

Poor wages, lack of progression and excuses by management that they can't do anything about it when they can. Also employees will be requested to work a lot of unsociable hours, with them rarely getting time back, when I worked their the majority of staff were disgruntled but could not do anything about it because they were stuck there because they had no transferable skills, all work done at ClinPhon is usin ginhouse technology, I would not recommend graduates to work here however if you have something like Btec or just lower level IT qualifications you might want to consider it.

You have a high employee turnover due to you giving your employees weak skills and poor pay.
Pros
ClinPhone has aspirations to grow. There will always be something to do here. Sometimes the work is challenging - a good thing! The company cares very much about the human aspect, it understands that the staff are more than just resources to make money for the company, but assets without which there would be no company.
Cons
ClinPhone gets tied up in it's own bureaucracy & thinks it needs to do what bigger companies do. Due to regulatory environment, innovation tends to get stifled.
ClinPhone struggles to communicate. It's very dysfunctional in this respect. Everyone considers themselves to busy to do it & people are very busy, but finding out what is going on across the company is near impossible. You are entirely dependent on what someone heard from someone who knows someone in such-and-such a department.

Listen to what your staff have to say. They know they are talking about, all of them. They not playing the petty empire building power plans you think they are.
