    Pros

    Large company with multiple subsidiaries.

    Cons

The company has a single owner, and his expectation was that every employee from the lowest paid to the highest paid puts their blood sweat and tears into the job (work weekends, work OT without pay, etc). However, senior management did not create an atmosphere that supports that kind of loyalty.

    Advice to Management

The intentions were generally good, but the follow through was not there.

    Pros

Nice coworkers, little micromanagement, there are options for flexible work-at-home hours, no one watches when you come or go

    Cons

there is a lot of confusion and little training. little guys will take the blame for problems that could be prevented by management. pay is lower than industry standard with little opportunity for raises or career development. uncertain work flow

    Advice to Management

management should work and communicate as much as possible to improve company standards. expectations for employees and internal procedures need to be explained before and not after a problem arises

    Pros

It paid...ok for what it was. Otherwise, there are some cool co-workers and a few cool higher-ups. The office was clean and the benefits were great. You won't spend a lot of time outside of the office working.

    Cons

A lot of ultra-corporate, results-over-all-else types also worked here. They cared very little for the workers feeding them the results, simply because that's how the business is built--they expect and want a lot of staff turnover. If you want to work for a company and build a career, then by all means avoid Clinilabs.

    Advice to Management

Try not making your employees feel like two-cent cogs.

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for promotion if you have a good work ethic. It is a small company that will give you back what you put in and is always open to promoting good employees who prove themselves. I wouldn't ask for more.

    Cons

Accountability shouldn't be considered a down-side but for some it might be. Clinilabs expects the hardwork and dedication, if this this isn't what you're looking for, it's not the place for you. Not a good place to work if you like to be bored.
