    Pros

i started here about 5 months ago as a part time phlebotomist. I enjoy it. I work at a doctors office with great people and upper management at CPL has been very nice and good to me

    Cons

the only complaint I have is not getting bumped up to full time yet. I am eager to get in full time

    Advice to Management

    they are great

    Pros

    Great staff.
    No salary cap (so far).
    Free coffee
    Good parking.
It a good job, good people, and great company values.

    Cons

Paycheck seems to be going in reverse. Little reductions here and there add up. The latest one is not accruing PTO when on "paid vacation" and prorated PTO for hours worked only. The 2.5% match was the biggest slap in the face which use to be at 6%. The insurance package is expensive, but on average with the rest of the country. Remember the commodore Vic 20? That sums up our computer system. The lack of growth is alarming, because the "big Mac" reduction tactics are in full force.

    Advice to Management

Reimbursement rates have everyone scrambling. Hopefully, a better business culture will be available in two years (and counting). O----.
Please, it is a proven fact the technology saves money long term.

    Pros

The work is direct and fast-paced. The company provided some sort of food or treats at the monthly meetings.

    Cons

Interpersonal conflicts between employees in the department made accomplishing work more difficult due to lack of teamwork. Uncovered one employee hiding work so he didn't have to do it (to the detriment of the patient). Manager was racist and refused to discipline employees evenly. I had several meetings with HR over the issue, but nothing changed so I quit. Not many options for advancement. Company does not give your first raise until 1-year review, but did not give my review until 3 months later.

    Advice to Management

Force all employees to follow the same rules and regulations. If one employee is troublesome, discipline her instead of just being scared of her.

    Pros

free popcorn, have to put this filler in because glass door requires 20 words and there are no other pros I can think of

    Cons

Where to start...about the most political gamesmanship I have ever seen anywhere, too much work for substantially less pay that anywhere else. Mis-management is rampant, blame game abound, security and documentation is a joke. Can't trust anyone, can't trust management to follow through with anything compensation related, they will tell you to hold on and then slap you in the face many months later. Expectations of a salaried position are not that you might need to occasionally work more than 40 hours a week, no, you are expected to work overtime every day and on weekends if needed, your family life is of no consequence. HR is a joke, handbook, policies, what? documented?

    Advice to Management

can't give management any advice, they will tell you they are the managers and you're not.

    Pros

Training in Austin was done well for new reps.

    Cons

Las Vegas management is awful, they have someone who says they hate sales people, hiring the sales team!
Disorganized and full of drama lead and created by the huge ring leader!
Crazy amount of paperwork, a sales person will never get the chance to sell, you will spend all your time on being a bill collector!

    Advice to Management

Bite the bullet and clean house in Las Vegas!

    Pros

They will hire anyone. There are some nice individuals in Austin.

    Cons

Most of us are looking for new employment and 75% of the sales team has already left. Very high turnover. Compensation is a constant battle. The comp plan is very unclear and questionable. The commission you do receive, you will have to fight hard for internally after you already made the sale. Several Sales reps have zero commission paid out for multiple months with no notice or support.

    Advice to Management

Time to clean house, in Dallas management.
