    Pros

It's a very fast paced learning environment. The more senior staff provides lots of encouragement and emphasizes development of career goals while teaching you the ropes of working for a non-profit organization and working I'm the political realm.

    Cons

There is not a lot of room for advancement within the organization itself, nor is the compensation much to brag about unless you're at the senior level. At times the insular nature of the organization can really be it's biggest downfall. Getting ahead is very much dependt upon who you know and what they can do for you.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to outsider suggestions and input. There needs to be an emphasis placed on fostering a culture that is proactive rather than reactive to developments that are outside of management's control.

    Pros

The people here are smart. They could be working anywhere, but they are socially driven. They are also pleasant to work with. This is a well-run nonprofit.

    Cons

It's huge, so it is bureaucratic.

    Advice to Management

    More collaboration between departments

    Pros

Internship was a great experience, met some really amazing people. For the most part, the staff was very approachable.

    Cons

Too many mandatory programs, sometimes interfering with getting assignments completed. Unpaid internship.

    Advice to Management

Consider a few small stipends for interns throughout the program. More cultural diversity in Senior Management.

    Pros

The average age of the staff is 30-35 which makes it a fun and dynamic place to work. Most of the staff are dedicated to the causes of the Clinton Foundation.

    Cons

Management doesn't uplift the staff and there is not real room for growth. If Senior Management paid more attention to the skills and dedication of the staff the employee moral would be much highter
