    Lifestyle workplace.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsLocal setting, office location. Culture was good before UTC takeover. People able to work 9-5 without too much of a problem.

ConsManagement promoted to levels beyond their abilities. This was masked by the wind energy boom that enabled company growth without a solid track record.

Advice to Senior ManagementDurability testing cannot be ignored. Driven to market too quickly.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Be proactive

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt's inherently satisfying to work for an alternative energy company. Although not many people outside the industry know the name they all recognize "those BIG 'windmills'."

ConsQuality issues have tarnished the company's reputation and made it difficult to promote the company to current and future customers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
