- you work with some very smart people
- flexible hours
- good coffee
- free parking
- decent location
Cons
- below average salaries
- below average benefits
- little possibility of advancement
- hand-waving management
- little, if any, training
- poor work/life balance
- bad HR
Advice to Senior Management
- hire better sales and marketing people
- live in the world of (and try to understand) reality
- work on developing people instead of just milking their current skills
