    Guaranteed 40 hours, paid time off, full and great benefits

    Cons

    Do more with less...more with with less people for less pay...it is dirty, it is unorganized, the management is inexperienced, there is no consistency within one facility, let alone the other facilities. The larger the company gets, the worse they treat their employees. If you hit a deer and are late for work, you get a point...if the road is closed and you are late for work, you get a point. There are no exceptions on the attendance policy. Poor performance review process - hire anybody just to get a body on the payroll.

    More in-depth hiring process, more experienced management, pay for performance and experience.

    It was work. That's about it.

    Cons

    In managements own words, "Legally we don't have to do this for you, so we won't" really says it all about how the upper management treats the techs that are the backbone of the company. They expect more from their workers and give less to them. Not a good company to work for.

    Take better care of your workers and stop looking down on them.
