    I worked at Club One part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    -My co-workers (non-management) were amazing.
    -very nice facility
    -interesting place to work-most members are nice
    -great teamwork among lower-level employees for the most part

    Cons

    -crappy management
    -terrible treatment of the staff
    -no room for advancement or growth
    -crappy benefits and pay
    -doesn't stand up for employees
    -throws their staff under the bus
    -unsupportive management
    -the outlook for this company is terrible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to take a hard look at your company and how management treats employees.

    I have been working at Club One part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    My co-workers, but NOT the management. The majority of my co-workers are amazing and supportive, except for those who kiss up to the terrible management and screw their co-workers over.

    Cons

    -terrible management
    -management is unsupportive of staff
    - there are illogical rules and procedures
    - the mangement screws their staff over
    -they don't hire from within
    -don't fully train or provide proper guidance for emergency procedures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get better management and stop screwing all your staff over. Your "shinning" reputation that draws in possible employees doesn't last long once they are hired. Everyone is heading out the door ASAP. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.
