    Pros

    Managers are cool Positive attitude

    Cons

Pay is not competitive Unrealistically nice to members

    Advice to Management

Since you're charging members so much, consider giving the workers competitive pay! It's hard to want to continue working here when I can go down the road to San Jose and get 50% more.

    Pros

I worked in KidFit for two years as my first job and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was great, always friendly and very helpful. There was always fun activities for the kids to do, which made both the parents and kids happy.

    Cons

You may not work as many hours as you want too

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at ClubSport part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Facility is extremely nice; members are wealthy and enjoy a sense of community at the club. Customers treated employers with respect.

    Cons

Low pay for employees considering it's a very expensive club and is well-funded. Employees were looked down upon from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Encourage employees to form a team within themselves; there were so many workers at the club and I hardly had the opportunity to meet them and interact with them.

People. If you don't like working with, them or for them this is not your company.

    I worked at ClubSport full-time

    Pros

You get a free membership and get to meet a lot of high up people in other jobs.

    Cons

New management has taken over Oregon location and it has gone completely down hill. Many members are just waiting for the new gym to open close by at the end of summer so they can leave. Pays incredibly LOW!

    Advice to Management

Get new senior management that is strict, stays past 2:00pm, and doesn't allow manager's to do yoga classes all day instead of doing their work.
