Pros – Intelligent coworkers, challenging projects, working with new and innovative technology . Being a part of a company creating an industry changing product is exciting.

Cons – Potential risks from any startup (though much less with a quality / large target market), difficult to find qualified team members.

Advice to Senior Management – Not a lot to say. We're pushing forward in the right direction.

Pros – Clustrix is in its adolescence, having a shipping product for over a year and many satisfied customers. Almost all customers are willing to be reference customers. You work with lots of smart people working on real-world problems that will remind you of your computer science classes in college. Great team work, no politics.

Cons – As with almost every company I've worked with, can't hire enough people to do all the work in front of us.

Advice to Senior Management – The management team is great! Keep up the focus on growth.

Pros – Thin company, with lots of very talaented people ... the best of the best.

Cons – Can't hire people fast enough....

Pros – Growing customer base, great product, great team. There is lots to do, so there is ample opportunity for exploration and getting hands on experience.

Cons – With rapid growth comes growing pains. Things are constantly changing, so hold onto your hats!
As with many startups, career progression is sometimes is not clear, though management does try to recognize top performers.
