Current Employee – been working at Cmczona
Pros – Processes and plans make marketing for small and mid-size businesses simple, fast and cost effective. Offered full-service marketing consulting services including websitedevelopment and graphic solutions.
Cons – Only downside was working with small business budget so every penny had to be used very effective. Also clients and customers think outsourcing IT work means it comes free.
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to retain more clients as opposed to taking one time gigs and not getting repeat business and referring from those customers.
