The best reason to work at CoStar is that you will learn to appreciate any other job SO MUCH MORE.
Cons
Worst comp plan in sales I have ever seen.
Zero leadership.
Pricing matrix is a joke.
Revolving door of salespeople and management.Advice to Senior Management
