“CoWare is a great place to work with true professionals”
Current Employee – been working at CoWare
Pros – CoWare is a great company to work for, small focused team of great professionals. Politics are minimal and everyone pulls together for the benefit of the team.
Cons – As a startup lacks some of the package benefits you see in larger companies however 2009 financial climate made it a more level playing field.
Advice to Senior Management – Management focus on growth and developing the teams ww.

Advice to Senior Management – It is a small company so it is very easy to analyze the performance of the employees but still management has to focus how to do that.
