I have been working at Coach full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Depending on volume size, great work life balance & 60-75% off deletes. Lots of incentives like teamshare, SOPS, etc.

    Cons

Dress code can be expensive. Company is strict on "looking the part". And Black Friday times keep getting earlier.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote more within and provide more discounts on jewelry, shoes, & mens belts to make "looking the part" more affordable.

I worked at Coach full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Product
    Discounts
    The customers were friendly(but demanding)

    Cons

    Pay($8.50/hr)
Extremely pushy with sales(makes customers uncomfortable)
    Rude managers
    Policies

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so rude to your employees and coworkers. If someone sells a $700 handbag but cannot sell the matching $200 wallet, don't yell at them or tell them they were not good enough. Also don't get so angry with such petty things. You made working at coach, a brand that I adore, unbearable. You don't own the people who are below you, so don't act like it. You are only a retail store manager and you are small in the food chain. Get off your high horse.

    Pros

The discount is the ONLY reason to work here.

    Cons

There is zero room for growth and the company does not trust their employees. Employees report incidents and they are rarely taken seriously.

I have been working at Coach

    Pros

    Good benefits.
Monthly bonus if your team makes goal or plan.
    Good discounts

    Cons

    Need to have work/life balance.
Unfair promos.......its about who you know instead of your skills.
Starting salary is not that good. Make sure you get your money when you 1st get in.
