    Pros

Good salary without much work. This is also a cons as no future growth.

    Cons

Alot worried I will be able to write them all... No infrastructure, You will not even get a chair to seat. Only mining people are dominating as they have all control over other discipline people. Life is worse than hell if you are posted in Under ground mines. You will find a very old room in guest houses that too on sharing. Quarters are of the age of 1857. No basic facilities in colonies not even proper sanitation. You will be wondering around the jungles your whole life.

    Advice to Management

Please throw these illeterate people out of the company. Better govt should privatize it.

    Pros

A Maharatna Company having lot of avenue to work. Fill good to work in a highest coal producing company in the world. Contributed a lot in Indian Energy Sector. Salary is quite good. Experience and knowledge gain from the industry is very much in demand in private sector.

    Cons

Decision making process in higher management is very slow. Percolation of knowledge and experience to the executives is very poor. Sometimes it is kept within a very small cluster of technical people, who are aged and very few years left to contribute the industry.

    Advice to Management

Please open your eyes to the happening of the world, give equal weightage to all the technical departments. It is not possible for a single department to understand all the technological advance the world over.

    Cons

    1) Just none 2) trade unionism is to be curtailed. 3) Interdisciplinary work should be promoted. 4) actually company is already undergoing huge modernisation so in coming future all the present cons are going to be eliminated.

    Pros

Good job profiles and not best but handsome salary

    Cons

Salary : NOT BAD, but, Regarding Facilities : Basically thinks for its executives only and maximum facilities (i.e. mobile, laptop, airfare, india tour, foreign tour, company vehicles, medical without prior approval, etc. etc.) provided to executives whereas hard works are only performed by its staffs and workers. CIL company should also think for its staffs and workers so that they becomes devotee towards company.

    Advice to Management

Think over facilities for staffs n workers in-spite of only-n-only executives. Caz, executives always thinks of changing company, non-executives never do so. Non-executives are the stem of CIL tree.
