    Pros

    Wonderful people to work with.

    Cons

Management is not aligned well with staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I hope your plans to cut salary costs by getting rid of the people who have all the knowledge of your business systems and hiring people at half the cost worked.

I have been working at Coalition America full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Very good benefits, great people, good business model, terrific location, nice offices. They have a lot of the business policies and procedures put in place to make it a successful business. I would work there again.

    Cons

They took a revenue hit which led to my job loss, and quite a few others back in 2010. Hopefully, they have a competitive business model now and are rebuilding revenues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have some great people working there. Invest in them with your time and money. People are your greatest asset... don't look at them as an expense.

    Pros

Location, non management staff great to work with

    Cons

Pay, advancement, too political! Management non responsive to issues

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are great people who work at this company but do not advance because of politics. Management should reward those people for what they do and not for who they know
