    Pros

They gave free movie tickets. They were very flexible with the scheduling. The management was always very nice. You can work there at 18.

    Cons

A lot of cleaning up after extremely messy people. Working movie premieres that would end at even 2 am on a week night. I would only do this as a first job.

    Advice to Management

Try to give people positive reinforcement. Tell them that they're doing a good job.

    Pros

Your co-workers end up feeling like family, and you get free movies. It can be a fun environment to work for, especially if your managers are great.

    Cons

It's run by a Corporate office. Depending on the area you work at the customers are just not friendly.

    Pros

Two free movie tickets every day, and a chance to get a movie poster.

    Cons

Everything, there is no respect from mangers and co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Don't listen to gossip, and especially don't take their word.

    Pros

Great values and a fantastic stance on providing quality customer service.

    Cons

Working in the food and beverage/movie theater industry is tough due to the working schedule, the biggest revenue days are on the weekend/nights. If you don't mind working on weekends and having opposite schedules as the rest of your friends, then I would definitely recommend working here!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great stance on customer service.

    Cons

Long hours, not suitable for everyone.

    Pros

Free movies. And meeting Ray Liotta.

    Cons

Was tired of it by the second week of work. Wouldnt allow me to pick up more than 25 hours per week. Management expects you to break your back for them for minimum wage. They count every cup and napkin in inventory. Mangers write you up constantly. You have a pointless weekly task. The cleaning you have to do when closing is excessive and demanding.
