Pros
Good small local cafe to work for. Nice little place with a warm, friendly and cosy atmoshphere, very popular place.
Cons
Sometimes when it was really busy it was difficult working with such a small team. There were some organisational problems.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to expand to greater horizons
