    Pros

As an AM you have the ability to manager your own day. Start early and leave early or start later if you want, just get the job done.

    Cons

Entirely too unorganized to be such a large company. AM are expected to spend day and night finding plans to hit volume, priorities and do everything under the sun. This company does not pay overtime and you will spend a significant amount of time running your route and also planning your day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the AM. Most upper management have never even been AMs. Follow-through is lacking and organization is as well. How do you expect us to execute D1M1 when you don't?

    Pros

    I can not remember none.

    Cons

The processes were old and ineffective which caused injuries because of employees being tired from lifting thousands of pounds of product each shift. For some reason, a credit check was required for a warehouse worker that NEVER touched money. People who takes the job are trying to get back on their feet or kids just starting out and neither usually have good credit. This in turn meant it would take a couple months to replace each warehouse worker while the remaining workers have to pickup the slack and increase their chances of injury. ALWAYS under staffed.

I was a warehouse supervisor and 70+ hours a week was the norm not the exception. In fact I worked 30 straight hours one time, I called off for my next shift which was 36 hours later and my manager asked why I was calling off; was it because I was sick? I told her it was because I worked 30 hours straight and need to recharge.

    Pros

    Best research in business.

    Cons

Far too many layers of management, company culture is by department, change occurs far too often prior to projects being completed. Management is killing this very old company which reflects in its stale stock price.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

After CCNA took over CCE in North America operations should get better but too much CCE management was left over and should've been out right fired! Follow the research Coke pours millions of dollars into, it does work and is effective BUT too many uneducated managers who doesn't have a clue about research, so sad.
