    Pros

Coca-Cola only hires really smart people. Your co-workers are very intelligent.

    Cons

As a CSR: Zero personal time for the bathroom or personal calls, except your very strict 15 min breaks. No allowance to change breaks or be 5 min. late. Very impersonal.
As Inside Sales: Very boring, 75% of the time, you are leaving voicemail msgs to customers who can't answer their phone at the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't make your adherence goals 98%. Some of us have to pee at times other than allotted breaks. I requested to have my break rescheduled to earlier in the day, and it was impossible, could not be done. It doesn't seem like you are really interested in retaining employees.
