    Pros

Good work environment with a great group of people who were always helpful, accountable, customer focused and team driven with an interest in sustainability and contribution to the local community.

    Cons

There were gaps in the communication between various functional groups at the Corporate level that would sometimes hamper the ability of regional offices to respond to local market conditions.

    Advice to Management

When making changes, establish a baseline for success and give new processes a chance to be measured against the baseline before replacing them with yet another process.

    Pros

The best part about working here like I stated above was the money. They allowed me to get a lot of overtime and I was paid well.

    Cons

Where do I start? This company was really harsh. You couldn't do anything wrong. If you did you risked getting fired. Even if you forgot to put one bottle on the shelf. You always have to be on your a game and if management don't like you then you're pretty much screwed.

    Advice to Management

Just pick your people based off who they are and their capabilities because you could be passing up on someone excellent because you don't like them for some personal reason.

    Pros

The beneit of a work life balance is deinitely a plus. The option to work from home and also flexible work schedules definitely make balancing a family life with a career a little less stressful.

    Cons

Some of the challenges are getting acknowledged for diligent work ethics and individual contributions towards the goals of the department, division, and overall company's success.

    Advice to Management

No career paths for most employees. Often times hard working employees get over-looked when it comes to promotions, cross training, and opportunities to advance within the company.
