    Pros

    Great co-workers Great co-workers Great Co-workers

    Cons

you are a number not a person... they will start you out on a particular commission structure if you are in sales then you get barely anything they constantly changing requirements making it absolutely impossible to get anymore than a minimum bonus. there are other companies around that pay way more to start have better benefits their health benefits are way to expensive.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff like human beings you may begin to keep some people. Don't work your staff to the bone listen to them when they say they feel like they're burning out DO NOT punish people beyond what the action calls for like one human mistake / error maybe give a verbal warning and then explain what punishment would be if it should happen again. You need to appreciate the well versed well educated individuals that you DO still have because i guarantee if you treat them like you did me they won't be around for much longer.

    Pros

Coca-Cola afforded me many opportunities to act in an entrepreneurial capacity. I was allowed to be creative and implement ideas and initiatives of my own design.

    Cons

There was a bit of a military-style, male dominated corporate culture. It was certainly a challenging environment for women, in my opinion.

    Advice to Management

Management should review and update policies related to corporate culture and sensitivity.
