    Pros

Became knowledgeable with products for delivery and learned teamwork through extensive hours in a warehouse atmosphere decent along with good benefits and it was union based.

    Cons

Working double shifts that led to no social life outside of the job .Accrued penalty points resulting in lost of job because of on the job injury and excused absences.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to make sure that employees are aware that on the job injuries could result in the lost of job by accuring penalty points even with excuses from the doctors.

    Pros

Great time off from the beginning

    Cons

Sick days aren't sick days... you have to schedule these off. you take any day off even if you provide a drs note whether it be for yourself or a child you will have an occurrence against you. They shorten your lunch breaks to half hour whenever their service level calls for it

    Advice to Management

treat your staff like people not a number each case individually. not everyone milks the system there are some legitimate reasons for taking time off... you all need to be as flexible as you expect us to be. we understand policy but policy is nothing but a guideline. Maybe schedule breaks a little better doing this kind of work you need an hour for lunch or your staff will burn out and leave.

  3. Really great people to work with. They give you as much autonomy as needed but doors are generally open to ask question

    Pros

There are definitely perks to working there, as far as benefit, and 401k match.

    Cons

There seems to be more lateral change then upward mobility.

    Pros

Stable company with reasonable benefits. Depending on the manager you have you may or may no have any sort of work life balance. Salary is average to below average on the operational side (I have no information about the outside sales side).

    Cons

Clearly the climate for a sugar soft drink has changed in the US and this has the company SCRAMBLING to hold their market. After a 2010 merger between Coca Cola Enterprises and Coke North America they have made reorganization their main business focus. Inept managers remain in key positions as long as they choose... unfortunate.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at the feedback from workers in evaluating management BEFORE the exit interview. Great employees know they are great... and they will continue to leave when forced into a bad situation. Asking what you can do to keep them after they turn in their resignation is simply too late.
