    Pros

Great hourly wage and pay for mileage. Good communication with supervisors made it easy to find the stores you were to stock. Independent assignments to stores meant time to yourself when in transit between locations.

    Cons

Shortage of staff meant long hours of necessary overtime and store assignments which were over an hour away. Lots of repeated lifting to stock and face product in stores. Due to the differing environment in store back rooms, some stores required lots of extra work to get to CocaCola product you were there to work with.

    Advice to Management

It may no longer be a problem, but working better with employees who are students and need certain days/times off would be very appreciated.

    Pros

You will be (under)paid on time.

    Cons

If you're black and a black male in particular, expect racism, racial discrimination and hostility in the workplace.

    Advice to Management

Turn from your wicked ways and eliminate your racist corporate culture and practices.

    Pros

This company is Lead by a knowledgeable set of people that have been dealing with the business side of music, artist development, product management, and event planning for over 10 years of service.

    Cons

With the company stepping out in a volatile time in the Entertainment Industry the company is limited to the big names in the business making the company deal with a lot of small production houses and limited talent looking for big endorsements.

    Advice to Management

Keep looking for big companies that are welling to invest by endorsements, event sponsorships, and working with Entertainment Schools looking to give their Internship programs a boost by placing their students in your workforce.

    Pros

Pay is great for the position, always busy, positive atmosphere, coaching support.

    Pros

I really enjoyed the team that I worked with in the warehouse. It was dirty, hardwork, but it was simple and always well explained by my manager.

    Cons

The pay was bit low for the amount of manual labor that was involved. Oppurtunities to move up in the company were limited for me, but it is not impossible.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Definitely be fair when promoting from within. Keeping offering great discounts on Coke products to workers.

Typical enterprise issue: bureaucracy can be restrictive and time consuming

    Pros

The people alongside the opportunity to advance

    Cons

Somewhat of a glass ceiling as the executives tend to stay for a very long time, which can be difficult to move into a more senior position...this could be looked at as a positive aspect as well i suppose.

    Pros

The best reason to work for Coke is that unlike lots of companys they offer a 401k and a pension. And the insurance benefits are better than any I've ever seen.

    Cons

I will say that one of the things that worrys me with this company is the places they send you to deliver their products with trucks this size. Some places just are not meant for tractor-trailers.

    Advice to Management

Dont put more on an employee that you know he can handle. Because it will stress she/he out and your turnover rate will grow.
