Not impressed with management and fairness within organization.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to have more of a backbone, be more fair to people coming from outside of the company and professional. Most of management do not have degrees in my segment. Management identifies more with people that have worked themselves up from truck driver on up from the years within the company.
