Coca-Cola Enterprises Reviews
-
Pros
Benefits are pretty good, pay is ok, but below average compared to competitors. The name coke can look good on resume
Cons
Upper management is clueless and could care less about employees as long as we help them make a few dollars more. Lower level managers are all yes men who never question the upper leaders. Turnover is horrible. I have been there 15 yrs and have seen hundreds come and go. We are in a recession and people still quit frequently. TOTAL disregard for human beings.
Advice to Senior Management
Start valuing employees (as if this will ever happen). The last time we started an initiative called "putting people first" we started getting treated like crap. It has gotten worse and worse over the years and John Brock has been the worse addition to coke , period.
