    Pros

You learn a lot, it's a whole different experience in the advocacy world. You learn about civil, environmental and criminal law everyday.

    Cons

The salary is below the average compared to the work developed in the company. No incentive to taking courses and traveling coming from the HR.

    Advice to Management

    Review the salary.

    Pros

It is a dynamic company that provides an environment of continuous learning and you can be promoted in a short time.

    Cons

I would point it out two aspects: 1) Work/Life Balance: You will work hard and for long hours 2) Compensation & Benefits: Their strategy is to pay as low as possible (Especially for the operational and professional levels)

    Advice to Management

Improve the Compensation & Benefit Strategy and try to reduce the turn over.

    Pros

Very good compensation, you can gain a great experience that can help you in the future in another job, always looking for better and cheaper ways to do things, challenge you every time in every position or project.

    Cons

Use to be a great place to work, recent changes in the top management of the company has turned the environment unstable, a lot of politics in top levels, employees are seen as expendables, the company is looking to downsize the positions in terms of salary and a large number of people has been fired, right now is a high risk and not profitable.

    Advice to Management

The focus that the company use to have in people has change and employees are not longer willing to sacrifice their lives for nothing, this is a business for both company-employees, when you loose trust either ways there is no come back, it is a shame that such a great company is turning to the dark side

Lots of trainning, great offices, perks.

    Cons

Bureocracy, could have more carreer opportunities within the company without moving personal so much between cities. Some Directors act as gods and do not accept any kind of questioning.

    Pros

work is very challenging, lots of opportunities to implement high-impact initiatives, company culture is family-oriented

    Cons

employees are rated only by hard facts, not by leadership competencies displayed in getting the job done; too hierarchical; cost-effectiveness is overly emphasized at the expense of market leadership
