I worked at Coca-Cola FEMSA full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Cisco phones, SAP..The only thing is that you can get experience in a crazy fast paced environment with lots of nonsense rules and tons of bureaucracy.

    Cons

It is a company that grew up too fast, therefore there are not clear policies on how to do things and everything depends on Mexico, they are the ones making choices and they have no clue on what is happening on the other countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get down to earth, they are up there like if they are more intelligent than you..there is a clear wall between senior management and any other person..totally vertical..
