Pros
Get to work with a lot of different people, learn a lot.
Cons
No career plans, mediocre salaries, really, I don't know what human resources do all day. This happens because the main product (coca cola) sells by itself, no matter if you are paying good salaries or not.
Advice to Senior Management
You're doing OK, just pay more attention to your people!!
