It is a rewarding job, that can be challenging but always exciting. Brand recognition.

Look at the great people that work there and hire for promotions from your own talent!

Advice to Senior Management
na
Pros
No stress, good people,fun
Cons
To much redundent paperwork, vehicles hbeing taken away from employees, Like a cut in pay, milage reimbursment well under IRS rate, more rules about what you can drive and no thought of how POS large items will make it to customers that do not fit in cars that are to small
Advice to Senior Management
The car policy is going to hurt the company overall with customer service on POS.
Pros
Benefits, health, pention, vacations fexible schedule.
Cons
Merchandiser deserve a better salary.
Advice to Senior Management
A better salary for merchandisers, they do the hard work for the company.
Pros
Opportunities are there if you are a resourceful team member. One of the world's strongest brands! Your experience is what you make of it . . .
Cons
You MUST be open to change and willing to overlook some shortcomings and have faith in the vision and senior leadership to keep the ship on track.
Advice to Senior Management
Always remember where you came from and the people that got you to where you are. We all want the company to grow and become stronger and you are held up by your foundation, just remember whose shoulders and backs hold you up!
Pros
benefits,3 weeks vacation, school reimbursment, health insurance is great
Cons
work too many hours, company doesnt care about you, pay considerably less than other companies, baiting you in with company vehicle and gas card only to take them away and make you purchase a specific car. company is very political
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees, help and provide constructive feedback versus believing what you want to believe. Company morale is lowest I have seen.
Pros
benefits are good
have great tools to complete the job
training is ok
vacation and personal time is fair
great sales portfolio
Cons
extremely long hours no work/life balance
company vehicles are being taken away without any change in salary
pay is a joke
upper management has loss touch with its frontline people, we are the ones making the money yet, we are the ones who have to take a reduction in pay and benefits
Advice to Senior Management
you need to take a better look at the ones who are generating the revenue to pay your salaries, we are going without more and more each year and now we are losing the company cars, my advise to you, visit the trade more often and really see how hard sales really has it, sitting behind a desk and looking at our volume numbers is not the way to generate results, there is a lot of opportunity out there and yet, we don't have the time nor the energy to devote ourselves to further the company. my advise, get out of your office chair and meet the men and women who work themselves to death for this company
Pros
-Great benefits package and tuition reimbursement.
-Global company that provides multiple locations to work.
Cons
-serious micromanagement since the merger
-upper management totally out of sync with the field. Unable to recognize the stresses its implementing.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop making decisions without speaking with front line employees.
