Pros

Cons
The changing culture provides many challenges to employees throughout the organization.
Pros
world's best brand and products. Community driven and brings happiness.
Cons
Great company. I will like to see bonus system worked out better for mid level managers
Pros
pay and benefits are good
Cons
some supervisors don't know how to treat people with respect
Advice to Senior Management
get more feedback from employees
Pros
Good pay and benefits for my position. Flexible paid time off . Decent equipment. Have the opportunity to be able to work with a very open and flexible manager and supervisor.
Cons
Very unorganized. Core brands sustain company. Management constantly changing. Favoritism very obvious in most facilities . Accident review board is a joke which consists of people who have zero experience reviewing accidents pertaining to transportation.
Advice to Senior Management
Useless to survey everyone if your not going to listen to your employees. Find a way to stop the rampant favoritism. Morale is always affected by the previous.
Pros
Looks good on the resume. Top performing cosumer goods company. Attempts to use the latest and greatest technology. Family feeling operation.
Cons
Sometimes doesn't recognize talent *but attempting to resolve that. Wasn't always consumer/customer focused but also remedying this.
Advice to Senior Management
To fully listen to your staff. They may be giving you pears of wisdom to utiize to forward your particular focus to success.
Pros
The people working there are extremely friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The job is what you make of it, there's always something to be done.
Cons
It's a big company so sometimes it's tough to find interesting work to do due to the very good infrastructure already in place.
Advice to Senior Management
I would recommend changing their data management system from PACE to a more user friendly one to help with communication of their energy uses
Pros
Pool table to play and free soda...
Cons
Its sad that such a brand company isn't a good place to work as call center rep. I have worked over 1 and a half years and the management aren't in control of anything...The customers call in and don't get proper service and callback mad..Your calls have to be exactly said a certain way or you don't get a bonus.. and get written up for that even though you take care of the customer. the new insurance plan has a extremely high deductible... You cant ever be sick or call in since you only get a few hours a month..
Advice to Senior Management
Change quality accountability back on the people grading them(QA Team) make sure that their is consistency from all QA Advocates. Make scoring more to a impact of if its customer impacting then points deducted, if no real impact then coach to it... Make the QA Form more more understandable and make scoring more consistent and allow for someone to make a mistake and they can still pass.... Also you are a huge company leverage this and come up with better health plans and a PPO or HMO that just has a visit cost for doctor visits 30 dollars maybe...Don't make it a disciplinary action when someone forgets to swipe their badge on the time clock... I understand why its important but please...If associates cant talk on the cellphone on the floor have leaders follow example by doing the same. Also create a follow up team for when the driver cant get the order to the customer and he always cancels the order and the customer will have to callback to get a new order entered.. just have the team contact the customer advise of the issue and input the order..
Pros
You get a company car
Cons
Coke is it's own worst enemy. Too many moving parts and crap that is beyond your control that you will get screamed at by various retail chain managers. You are a vendor= gum on th bottom of someones shoe. District Managers and District Sales Managers are in way over their heads. Almost all lack edcuation, drive, and competence. They don't care about employees' concerns or helping them grow in the company. Account managers get paid more than their supervisors which creates resentment. Working 10 -12 hours starting at 5 am gets old after a while. Need to go with the flow even if what's being asked of you is unethical or you will be targeted and 1)your life will be miserable or 2)you'll be terminated.
Advice to Senior Management
Be respectful to your employees. Lead by example. Constant threats lead to a hostile environment which doesn't motivate anyone to want to work harder. Take on a mentor roll. Lot of motivated and talented individuals just tread water at this company--the smart ones see the writing on the wall and either quit or get fired which, unfortunately, is what's necesarry for these idividuals to realise their true potential and get where they want to go in life.........which leaves coca cola with the crap left over :-(
Pros
good opportunity to learn the beverage business and meet new people
Cons
not much for proper and timely feedback. much time spent being clickish thus when feedback is warranted it is not beneficial.
Advice to Senior Management
do away with the god ole boy mentality and provide more face to face training on how to accomplish proper development for the team
Pros
The Coke brand means something. The benefits are wonderful.
Cons
If management would take a minute from their meaningless meetings to actually listen to their employees, things would be a little better. They only have round table discussions when it's employee survey time. They say one thing in your face and something else in meetings. Morale is very low. Favoritism is so obvious. Reviews are just a repeat of last year (copy paste).
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to the people that work for you. They may actually know something.
