Not tied down to an office
World Known Brand

ConsTransition from company car to personal car.
Sales team is too lean and can never hire the amount of people actually needed.
Holding other departments accountable.
Work-life balance. Lots of hours required. You would think that we are selling life-saving medication.
Too many Chiefs. Ways of execution and going to market frequently change.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou seriously need to reconsider the transition from company to personal cars. This is costly and you are about to lose a large piece of your sales force. Your people drive your bottom line. Don't forget that.
Also, you need to get more aggressive with price points.
