Pros – Good salary and benefits. You get to sell the most recognized brands in the world. It is a company that makes you feel proud to work for.

Cons – Constant reorganizational alignment. Every 1-2 years the company goes through a major reorganization. This causes stress to its employees. Employees with more tenure are looked at with less value than someone who comes in off the street.

Pros – Good benefit package for a local job. Abllity to transfer to different time out slot as it becomes available. Open door to discuss problems with management .

Cons – Not much chance for advancement in pay or career position. Seniority does not count for anything . Trucks are poorly equipped as far as driver accommodations. Management does little to correct problems as they arise.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen closely to the people who have been doing their jobs before you arrived. Be pro-active in problem solving,and make a decision,instead of waiting for someone else up the chain to make it.
