Pros
flexible schedule,, work from home, decent salary, opportunities for growth, working for a well known multi national corporation has its perks and always looks good on a resume
Cons
poor management, ideas and opportunities often get lost in the bureaucratic process. Unfortuately the right people arent always assigned the appropriate responsibilities
Advice to Senior Management
A manager should know how to coordinate a team and make sure everyone is doing there job properly. A visible and vocal presence would help
Pros
World known brand.
World wide job opportunities.
Cons
We are very hard on all levels of employees starting at Senior Leadership. Sometimes the expectations are completely unattainable and Senior Management can't even sell in what they are expecting.
Changes in benefits such as removing company cars will back fire. Our employees that drive thousands and thousands of miles a year are not going to pay for a car just to run it into the ground. Needless to say the new policy that provides a insulting $230+ payment is not going to cut it.
Advice to Senior Management
Include all levels of employees in major changes. Let us know early, don't make everything a big secret.
Pros
stability....fortune 500 company....name brand...cool co workers..
Cons
Long hours....little pay for the work...taking away company cars..
Pros
Good Company with lots to learn regarding brand focus
Cons
Need some improvements on all the processes
Pros
The brand. the security of the company as a whole and the excitement of marketing innovations.
Cons
Always the fear of restructuring and the lessening of a entrepreneurial enviornment.
Pros
great benefits, good salary, opportunities to learn all areas of business.
Cons
long hours sometimes, too much free sugar water causes weight gain, and too many meetings cause backlog of work at night.
Advice to Senior Management
Be open to change more often and offer more exposure to the board of directors on a more frequent basis.
Pros
They offer e-learning courses. which is a tremendous benefit for keeping my skills sharp in areas of interest , that are not job related. Benefits are very good . Flexibility of working hours, Coca-Cola Refreshments management teams work hard to assist their employees with scheduling flexibility .
Cons
employee and management relations is very relaxed from department to department. Voices and concerns are not always heard. Never felt confident in my place in the organization from 2008 to 2011. Breaches of conduct is not always dealt with fairly and quickly. On the job formal training is never given and very well organized. Informal training is the norm. The offering of a competitive salary.Expectation are set high for top caliber work. Hiring of unqualified employees all because of office politics.
Advice to Senior Management
Support Training and learning development . Give more specialized training which is an incentive to employees. Perks which will guarantee keep top notch employees at your company. Cross training is beneficial to a company as well as to the employee. Company that will stand out for the ambitious employee is one that frequently promotes from within. This is a sure sign that the coproate office and management value hard work and acknowledge internal talent through the successful project that are completed.
Pros
Good work enviornment, doors of opurtunity can open if you are a hard worker. benefits package is good, people you work with are friendly
Cons
Work can be tough. Long hours sometime with no option of overtime if you are salary. Sometimes hard work can go un-noticed but not usually the case.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing what your doing. The hard work shows. Always room for growth in organization and communication. Overall great job.
Pros
Great brand & marketing -- impact on local businesses
Cons
lots of changes, lack of flexibility
Advice to Senior Management
Keep pushing forward
Pros
Good pay, but not phenomonal, weekends off, and the possibility for a trimester bonus. The co-workers are good people, too.
Cons
They are taking away our company cars, and not nearly compensating us enough for their loss. The variation between large format and small format routes are glaring. Management micro-manages quite a bit.
Advice to Senior Management
Either bring back the company cars or compensate us appropriately. The micro-managing of priorioties can get ridiculous. Just let us sell, and let us be.
