Pros – The pay and hours are great. I run my route like it is my own business. People are great to work with.

Cons – Company is becoming very numbers based so the job is getting very stressful at times when business is slow. Re-organizations within the company make you always wonder if you'll have a job next year.

Cons – Constant reorganizational alignment. Every 1-2 years the company goes through a major reorganization. This causes stress to its employees. Employees with more tenure are looked at with less value than someone who comes in off the street.
