Good graduate development, they put in a lot of money to train me. Good initial salary and good people. They have a good management concept but not in implementing it

Cons

Not enough responsibility is given to graduate engineer. Management is chaos as everyone assuming responsibility. Sometimes there just not enough work around.

Advice to Senior Management

Need a better people and time management. Competent people need to share work load with junior in order to nurture young engineer. leave silly task to the drafters, they are there to fix in all design.

Pros

A company belong to Coffey international. This group has chances to develop in the future but still a long way to go.

Cons

Only senior people gets looked after, young people got to look for work on their own constantly. So think carefully.

Advice to Senior Management

Retire now and let younger generation take over the job. Start to develop younger generation and share information with all employees.
