    Pros

    Although team oriented, lots of time to yourself to do your job.

    Cons

    Politics of corporate business world. No non-clinical employee incentives, all bonuses for PM or docs only.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more on top of the specific market PMs. Freedom to come and go as they please with no one to answer to on site.

    I liked the people... a lot! Benefits were good...

    Cons

    unorganized office, protocol wasn't the same throughout all offices, training was very limited, high stress low pay...Management had little patience and at times micromanaged causing the work environment to be more stressful. Things needed to be done her way and you needto learn at management pace

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train new employees in a more structured manner. There should be protocol for all office duties, but things constantly change. Hire more people and give management less tasks..

    Not micro managed, flexibility, and room to work in your own style

    Cons

    Uncertainty with client contracts and renewals. Progression through company requires knowing someone in the higher up. No real internal promotion from one position title to another level.
