    3 years in company

Senior QA Automation Engineer (Former Employee) Kiev (Ukraine)

Prosvery nice team, good professional growth

Conslack of interesting projects, high staff turnover in sales dept

Advice to Senior Managementtry to build a team, not just sale the bodies, cause there are companies in Kiev that offer significantly bigger salaries, but Cogniance was (and I hope will be) best from attitude-to-employees point of view

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Prosin cogniance it's real to start as an intern and grom to a position where you can influence decisions. Competitive salary and working environment

ConsI do not know what to say here, I like the company and people here, lack of parking space could be a problem as well as constantly hired/fired sales people

An outsourcing shop which has a very interesting set of clients

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) Kiev (Ukraine)

ProsIt's one of only several companies in Ukraine who have startups as their clients, so if you really want to try using modern technologies -- this is a place for you.

ConsUnfortunately, Cogniance's management shown complete lack of interest in developing engineering team, focusing on selling "body"'s at overpriced rates to other companies. Most of the people inside Cogniance are dissatisfied with this approach to handling people that bring money to the company.

    Just OK but becoming worse

Project Manager (Current Employee) Kiev (Ukraine)

Prosstartups environment, interesting people. still not too big company and still there is a chance to change something. ok for now

Constop management do not ready to act proactively. decisions are based on vision of how things going instead of facts.

Advice to Senior Managementbalance between long-term and short-term goals. only GM and GP today in KPIs will kill the business. shaping delivery is how delivery team need to achieve high profits.
don't just set KPI's but give us authorities to influence them
    remove utilization from engineers scorecards
