-since it is service oriented co. you get a chance to work on various technologies where you can not focus on one and be master of it..
-more weight on the development and deliveries rather processes which makes sometimes un-necessary pressure on the team..so still this co. needs some amount of time to get completely process oriented.

Having the fact that Cognizant is one of the fastest growing IT co. my advise is co. should start focus more into the processes also. Due to lack of processes, teams un-necessarily work under pressures and without overall transparency.

Staffing has a lot of scope for improvement. Some teams get flooded with projects but do not have enough resources while a few teams have just a few projects with plenty of resources.
