numerous projects... i have been fortunate enough to work on pure development projects based on java/j2ee/ EJB3 , JSF, Rich Faces etc... Bench period almost nil...

onsite rotation does not happen, onsite coordinators think of themselves as clients, put unnecessary pressure on offshore delivery team to hide their own incapacity to deal with client

onsite policy is not clear. Just surprised if you are a CS grad, then they will not file your H1B..absolutely ridiculous, whereas a mining engineer or a civil engineer working in the project can have H1B
